Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for a change of mind.
I do my best to package and post your laser cuts safely so if they arrive damaged please get in touch with me and I will happily send you a new one. If it is just the mounting paper that is damaged then I will provide you with an address to return the laser cut so I can re-mount it for you.
I do not take liability for any parcels that were not able to be delivered due to the provision of incorrect information or failure to collect them from the post office in time.
All parcels sent will receive a tracking number. Please notify me if your order does not arrive in the expected timeframe and I will follow up on it.
